"Winter Tales 2002" begin with FAUSTINA

The
first episode of the series "Winter Tales 2002", FAUSTINA, written and
directed by Carlos Gerbase, started shooting Thursday, April 18th, in Porto
Alegre. With locations in Parque da Redenção, the future
library of the Catholic Medical School of P.A., Moinhos de Vento Hospital
and Aeroclube de Montenegro, FAUSTINA tells the story of an unemployed
Public Relations graduate, who makes a pact with the devil in order to
achieve professional success. In the cast are Maria Carolina Ribeiro (seen
last year in GAMES OF LOVE AND CHANCE), Nélson Diniz (ALL IN ONE
DAY), Elisa Martinez (THE AMATEUR LOVER), Leandro Feijó and Marco
Antônio Sorio.
The shoot of FAUSTINA finished on Monday, April 22nd. On April 25th, the director Gilberto Perin starts shooting the second episode of the series, THE RIGHT THING, written by Júlio Conte.
The episodes of "Winter Tales 2002", a partnership between Casa de Cinema
de Porto Alegre and RBS TV, will be shown on RBS TV and TV COM starting
on June 1st. Last year, the first series of “Winter Tales” was awarded
the “Top de Marketing” prize from ADVB and the return of quality television
drama was hailed as the “Most important event of the year” by the Advertising
Association of Rio Grande do Sul.
