Casa de Cinema NewsInternational Awards for DONA CRISTINA
(18/Jul/2003)The short film DONA CRISTINA LOST HER MEMORY, produced by Casa de Cinema de Porto Alegre, directed by Ana Luiza Azevedo, has just won the Best Fiction Short award at the 12th DIVERCINE, International Film Festival for Children, in Montevideo, Uruguay. DONA CRISTINA also received the Prize from OCIC - Oficio Católico Internacional de Cinema. So far, this short has already won 15 awards in festivals, including Gramado, São Paulo, Brasília, Recife and Porto Alegre (APTC Awards), as well as the Fluxus, International Film Festival on the Internet. The full list of award winners at DIVERCINE was published on the newspaper EL PAIS, from Montevideo, and on the site of Cinemateca Uruguaya.
